We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our services in the Wells area. Requirements for Support Worker
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Sufficient experience in the care sector
- Basic IT skills
- Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Responsibilities of a Support Worker
- To ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
- To participate in activities of their choice
- To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
- Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
- To attend all mandatory training
