What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality support to people in supported living homes
- Help with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, medication, and budgeting
- Encourage access to the community and involvement in meaningful activities
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
- Always uphold dignity, respect, and independence
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a care/support role
- A calm, caring and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
- Up-to-date immunisations: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, BCG
- PMVA or equivalent behaviour training (preferred — training available)
