Due to service expansion, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team. Whether you’re looking for a few hours a week, night shifts, or full-time work, we have a range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide personal care and one-to-one support in the home and community
  • Assist the people we support to achieve goals and explore meaningful activities
  • Follow and help deliver personalised care and support plans
  • Encourage independence, social inclusion, and well-being
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and support health assessments
  • Champion best practice in safeguarding, health & safety, and mental capacity
