Duties
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.
- Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required.
Skills
