Responsibilities

  • Support service users to live safely, comfortably and independently
  • Assist with personal care, medication and daily routines
  • Encourage choice, dignity, respect and person-centred support
  • Help with community activities, appointments and social engagement
  • Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with families, professionals and the wider team
  • Maintain accurate notes and care records

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year care or support experience
  • A Full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
