We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our services in the Wells area. If you’re someone who truly wants to make a difference and is looking for a rewarding role where no two days are ever the same, we’d love to hear from you!The people we support like to be busy and we are looking for individuals who will support them with a variety of activities.

Requirements for Support Worker

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Sufficient experience in the care sector
  • Basic IT skills
  • Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

Responsibilities of a Support worker

  • To ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
  • To participate in activities of their choice
  • To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
  • Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
  • To attend all mandatory training
