Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Enhanced Access NI to be completed by the successful candidate
- Registration with NISCC within the first six months
- Have a genuine commitment to working as part of a team within a caring environment.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of working with clients with challenging behaviours and intensive support needs.
- Full driving licence
