Position: Support Workers, HCAs, Nurses & Social Workers

Salary: £11.50 – £60 per hour

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Key Workers, Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD), and Qualified Social Workers for a range of flexible opportunities across the UK, including temporary and permanent roles in both public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities

Duties may include (depending on role):

  • Supporting individuals with personal care, daily routines, and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting individuals with physical, behavioural, learning disabilities, mental health needs or elderly care
  • Administering medication and maintaining care records (where appropriate)
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing in a person-centred way
  • Keeping accurate care records and communicating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other services
  • Working in care homes, supported living services, hospitals, or in the community

Requirements

  • Experience in a care or clinical setting (preferred, but not always essential)
  • Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Compassionate, reliable, and flexible attitude
  • For Nurses: Valid NMC pin
  • For Social Workers: Registration with Social Work England

Work Location: On the road | In care settings | Some remote options for social workers

(Pay rates depend on role and shift e.g. Support Workers from £11.50/hr, Nurses and Social Workers up to £60/hr for specialist or urgent cover.)
