Support Workers – Supportability

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge.

We are looking for a Support Worker to join the team at our Residential Service in Cheddle Lodge based in the town of Cheadle, which provides support to 13 adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people and share our values to make the residential service a home.

Position: Support Workers          

Job Type: Full time

Salary: £12.72 per hour

Expected hours: 28 hours per week

  • Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)
  • Previous demonstratable experience in care.
