About the Role
Acuity Care Group have got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in Birmingham.
You will be working closely with an young person with an mild learning disability with a diagnosis of narcolepsy and cataplexy. The position entails providing assistance with medical, personal care, and daily tasks. You will collaborate both independently and as part of a team, working shifts to ensure round-the-clock care.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of working with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Experience managing a team
- Minimum 2 years experience within health and social care
- Previous experience of supervising staff
- Ability to deal with conflicts
- Ability to deal with behaviours which may challenge
- An understanding of safeguarding and ability to identify safeguarding issues
