About the Role

Zentro  seeking a dynamic and motivated Inbound/Outbound Telephone Sales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our internet services to prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is 100% remote (or you can come hang out at one of our offices!)

Main Duties

  • Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Zentro internet services.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and packages to potential customers.
  • Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Previous experience in outbound/inbound telephone sales or telemarketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools


  • Salary: $16 – $19 / hour + Bonus Opportunities
