Salary: $28 – $34 an hour

About the Role

EchoStor is looking for a part-time virtual assistant located in Mountain or Pacific time. They are looking for a virtual assistant who is an excellent communicator and has experience with supporting customers, scheduling calls, and data administration. Experience working with non-profits would be a huge plus.

Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO remotely as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as travel arrangements and expense tracking.
  • Create, edit, and maintain documents, forms, templates and website content.
  • Schedule and post social media content.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • HS//GED diploma. Associate degre preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for virtual collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of calendar management, scheduling, and event planning.
  • Experience in proofreading and editing documents is a plus.
  • Previous working for a coaching professional a plus.
  • MS Office or Google Office Suite preferred.
  • Canva, Calendly, Wix, Hootsuite nice to haves.
  • Possess criticial thinking skills, initative, and the ability to work autonomously.
