Position: Virtual Assistant

Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour

About the Role

Holmes Estate Agents are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proficient in clerical tasks, and possess excellent phone etiquette skills. This is a remote position based in the UK.

Main Duties

  • Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and maintaining records
  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing emails
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members
  • Computerise information and ensure data accuracy
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist in office tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately
  • Knowledge of Xero for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Competent typing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
