Position: Virtual Assistant

Salary Range: ₦250,000 to ₦350,000 monthly

About the Role

Join our team as a Virtual Assistant and provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

In this fully remote role, you’ll manage tasks like handling emails, scheduling meetings, performing data entry, and assisting with various projects as needed.

Main Duties

  • Manage and organize email communications, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date.
  • Support various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing general administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable access to a laptop and a good internet connection.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools (e.g, Trello, Zoom, Asana, Slack etc.).
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
