Responsibilities
A day in your life as our VA
- Acting as the main point of contact for multiple clients—you’re their rockstar, chatting with them regularly, handling questions, and making their lives easier.
- Handling classic PA magic—inbox and diary management, booking travel, scheduling meetings, managing CRMs, data entry, research projects, note-taking, transcribing, process writing, and even personal tasks for clients.
- Managing projects & tasks—assigning work to the right team member and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Checking in with clients, proactively managing their workload, keeping everything on track.
- Prioritising urgent tasks with a calm head and keeping clients in the loop.
- Confidently using and learning new software, developing your skills independently when needed.
- Bringing game-changing ideas to the table—if it makes life easier for our clients, we want to hear it.
Qualifications
What you bring to the role
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, managing multiple clients on a freelance basis.
- Previous experience in a PA or Office Admin role, supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or business owners.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders with high service levels.
- You’re unflappable—spinning plates is your superpower
- Ability to manage emails, calendars, and priorities like a pro.
- Strong project coordination skills—you can juggle varied tasks and priorities while staying cool under pressure.
- Tech-savvy—familiar with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and various CRM tools.
- Confident in learning new software and developing new tech skills independently.
- A natural problem solver who thrives on finding solutions and making things happen.
- Unreal attention to detail—you catch the little things that others might miss.
- A self-sufficient, hard-working attitude—you don’t need micromanaging; you just get things done.
- You’ve got edge, personality, and a sense of fun—we work hard, but we love a laugh. We bring big energy & a team spirit
