Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative and analytical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, project management experience, and proficiency in a range of software tools. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilise data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and generate insightful reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Assist in database design and management using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Develop scripts and automate tasks using VBA and Bash (Unix shell) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements for software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
  • Create visual representations of processes using Visio to facilitate understanding among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R and Python.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with database design and management, particularly with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
