Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Catalogue Management Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize product listings. This role involves ensuring accurate product descriptions and improving online visibility. The ideal candidate will have e-commerce experience and a sharp eye for detail.  The ideal candidate must have extensive experience using bulk flat files and a thorough understanding of parent-child (variation) issues. This is a 1-month position, requiring commitment from Monday to Friday UAE timings 10am-7pm, with weekends off.

Main Duties

  • Fill catalogue sheets with data provided by the writer and ensure they’re implemented accurately on e-commerce sites like Amazon, Noon, Carrefour etc. 
  • Resolve parent-child (variation) issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and keywords are uploaded to the catalogue sheets. If you’ve read the job description clearly please reply addressing us as oxy1212

Qualifications

  • 2-3. Years of experience in catalogue management and using bulk flat files.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
