Salary Range: ₦400,000 to ₦450,000 monthly

About the Role

We are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative support tour executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.

This fully remote position offers the  flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a reliable laptop and a strong internet connection.

Main Duties

  • Manage and organize email communications, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date.
  • Support various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing general administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
