Position: Virtual Sales Representative
Salary: £11.44 to £30 an hour

About the Role
As a Virtual Sales Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ potential customers. Our clients are either a chiropractor practice, osteopath practice, physiotherapy practice or sports therapy practice. Your role is pivotal in directing the customer experience and driving sales growth for our clients. You will handle inbound and outbound enquiries for each of our clients’ customers, provide service information, and ensure that our clients’ customers receive the highest level of service.
Main Duties
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.
- Provide detailed information about our clients’ services.
- Schedule and manage appointments for each of our clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the rest of the virtual salesreception team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills
- Receptionist experience in the chiropractic, osteopathic, physiotherapy or Sport Therapy sectors.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
