The Role:
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer who can take ownership of our websites — improving performance, SEO, design, automation, and user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team and marketing staff to bring new digital ideas to life and support our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise our company websites (WordPress & custom code).
- Implement improvements to UI/UX, page speed, responsiveness, and navigation.
- Work with the SEO and marketing team to boost search rankings and conversions.
- Create new pages, features, and integrations as we launch new services and locations.
- Ensure all websites are secure, stable, and backed up regularly.
- Support automation projects — e.g., booking system integrations, data dashboards, or CRM links.
