About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our remote  team. You’ll assist clients with their travel plans, troubleshoot booking issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure unforgettable experiences.

Main Duties

  • Assist clients with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, and other travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and  insurance.
  • Resolve booking issues, payment discrepancies, or itinerary conflicts by collaborating with vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators..
  • Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and COVID-19 protocols to provide accurate advice to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services such as upgrades, travel insurance, or additional packages.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry welcome but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex issues.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and seamless travel experiences.
