The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Main Duties
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, email management, data entry, and organising files to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to upload, edit, and manage website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email or chat, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- Social Media Assistance: Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with the marketing team.
- Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Management: Monitor and track leads generated through the platform, ensuring proper distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by management, such as reporting, creating presentations, or supporting new initiatives.
